LMPM-3522
This machine adopts microcomputer control, gantry mobile structure. The crossbeam lifting uses a four-guide-rod structure, and the machine head is pneumatically lifted to achieve polishing. It is combined with linear guide rails, high-precision gears and racks, thus featuring advantages such as high efficiency, high precision and high stability. The specially designed polishing system can realize a series of functions for each station, including independent on/off, speed regulation and pressure regulation. Coupled with user-friendly program settings, it can polish products of different sizes, materials and process requirements. The automatic tool change function further reduces manual labor, making it easier for one person to operate multiple devices.
